To governors look for competitors

After Moscow opposition parties start deciding on candidates in governors and in other subjects where in September, 2023 will pass elections. Against acting heads-United Russia party members deputies of regional parliaments or leaders of local party cells traditionally will stand, however more competitive scenarios are possible also.
