Court in the matter of Michael John Kalvi postponed to April 21

In the matter of the American investors Michael John Kalvi postponed a court session to April 21, the correspondent of daily social and political business newspaper "Izvestiya" from a court hall reported. Meeting decided to transfer because of need of acquaintance of persons involved with complaint: to them will provide time for the translation and studying of materials. It is noted that the measure of restraint in the form of a ban of certain actions was removed about investors at the beginning of 2022. Now it has problems with receipt of a visa.
