Prosecutor's office the republic achieved pronouncement of the lawful and fair decision in a cassation order

Grozny Kuzhulov Zelimkhan is found by a sentence of Visaitovsky regional vessels guilty of commission of crime according to p.1 Art. 238 of the criminal code of Russian Federation, and to it punishment in the form of a penalty of 60 thousand rubles is appointed. In an appeal order sentence was not appealed and entered validity. According to Art. 297 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation the sentence of vessels has to be lawful, reasonable and fair.
