In the Finnish port Kotka detained a vessel from 20 000 tons of the Russian fertilizers. The authorities believe that this production worth $11-13 million belongs to the businessman from the sanctions list EU. In port declared that it is the first case of detentions a vessel because of sanctions of EU the Finnish authorities detained the Swem cargoship in port Kotka.
