Mass media: to Finland detained the cargoship with the Russian fertilizers

In the Finnish port Kotka detained the Smew cargoship with the fertilizers which part is allegedly connected with the Russian natural person who is under the European sanctions, write Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti" with reference to Yle.
