In the Finnish port Kotka because of sanctions of EU concerning Russian Federation the Swem cargoship is detained. It had to accept freight from 20 thousand tons of fertilizers worth €10-12 million at companies, connected with the Russian businessman who is included in the sanctions list, reports the Yle edition. The executive director of port Kimmo Nazca declared to the edition that is the first case when sanctions of EU interfered with advance of freights to Finland.
