Epicenter of an earthquake was in 56 kilometers to the North from Gorgan which population makes more than 350 thousand people. The center lay at a depth of 40 kilometers. It is noted that information on victims and destructions did not arrive. Earlier it was reported that in the evening on March 21 in Afghanistan there was an earthquake measuring 6,5.
