Russians cannot rent cars to Italy

Russians met difficulties with rent of cars to Italy. The large rolling companies ceased to accept payment by cash cards at persons without the documents confirming their right for residence in the third countries. It is a question not of the Russian cards, and of the cards issued in neighboring countries for Russians. The cards issued not in a residence or not corresponding passport, local services refuse to accept. It is possible to meet similar difficulties to Germany.
