Penalties and a ban on an exit in Internet: deputies look for a justice on tresh-streamers

In State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation work over the bill which will allow to bring tresh-streamers to trial. Decided to put an end to a scandalous content after a number of incidents which came to an end with the tragedy on the air. In the long term parliamentarians suggest to punish streamers higher penalties, depending on weight of an act, and, probably, confiscation of property or a ban on using Internet...
