By the federal law of 17.02.2023 No. 27-FZ "About modification of article 21 Federal law of the Russian Federation of 12 January 1995 No. 5-FZ "On Veterans", come into force 17.02.2023, it is provided that the right to measures of social support is provided to the spouse (spouse) of the lost (died) veteran of the operations, not entered (not entered) repeated marriage, irrespective of earlier established condition of lonely accommodation or cohabitation with children.
