Liberal Democratic Party of Russia suggested to open savings accounts for children since the birth

Since 2024 to Russian Federation the new social program which means opening from the moment of the birth of children of savings accounts can be started. On them means from the additional oil and gas income which are accumulated now by National welfare fund have to arrive. Representatives of fraction of Liberal Democratic Party of Russia consider that will be able to recharge and relatives. From 18 years the citizen will use the saved-up money on education or purchase housing. If in a current of five years they are not used, will pass to a retirement account.
