Meteorologists fix spring rising of water in the Volgograd rivers

Sharp temperature increase of air and plentiful thawing of snow became the reason of lifting of a water level in the rivers of a number of areas Volgograd Region. The situation was taken at once under control by the regional authorities and the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
