Stock "Report where Trade in Death"

Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Kabardino-Balkar Republic together with executive authorities and local governments are carried out from March 13 to March 24 by the first stage of the all-Russian anti-narcotic stock "Report where Trade in Death". The purpose of annual action – public drawing attention to participation in counteraction to a drug trafficking and prevention of their not medical consumption, and also informing on opportunities of treatment and rehabilitation of drug-addicted persons.
