Expenses of EU gas in 2022 grew by purchase three times

Expenses of EU) on purchase the liquefied and pipeline gas in 2022 grew by 3,3 times — to €208 billion. The relevant information follows from calculations of Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti" on the basis of this Eurostat. EU in 2022 generally bought gas in 27 countries and spent for it €208 billion while in the 2021st it was spent by €62,5 billion. The most part of expenses (€109,4 billion) fell on the liquefied natural gas (LNG), instead of on deliveries on the pipeline (€98,6 billion)...
