President of Turkey Recep Erdogan signed the decree about preparation for carrying out on May 14 presidential elections and parliament of the 28th convocation. It means the official beginning in the country of election campaign. Recep Erdogan also reminded that initially elections were planned for June 18, but, "using the powers conferred by the 116th article of the Constitution", the president postponed vote to May 14.
