Japanese ex-diplomat: Tokyo will regret about the anti-Russian policy

Japan will regret about the decisions on Ukraine and about pursued anti-Russian policy. About it the former Japanese diplomat wrote to Uker Magosaki in article in the Nikkan Gendai edition.
