Vladimir, on March 9 - AIF-Vladimir. The city hall Vladimira decided not to rename Usti Street - on - Laba. The question was considered on the toponymic commission. As it is specified in protocol, the majority of inhabitants of the street spoke against name change. Let's remind that after the beginning of operations in Ukraine the twin-city of Usti nad Labem (Czech Republic) in honor of which quarter is designated, unilaterally broke off the friendly relations.
