The highest trial chamber Moldova (VSP) wait for change in structure and number of judges, the bill on VSP approved the cabinet at the meeting on Tuesday. According to provisions of the project, the most important changes provide reduction of number of judges in VSP with 33 to 20. And also change of structure of chamber by ensuring access to positions of judges VSP for representatives of other legal professions, such as lawyers, prosecutors, teachers of higher education institutions in the field of the right.
