The deputy State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Ibragimovich Galiev suggested to forbid to participate in government purchases to persons with a dual citizenship and to the people which relatives have citizenship of other country. The document is directed on consideration in the State Council, told business e-newspaper "Business Online" the deputy.
