Yle: the Finnish minister suspected of alcohol intake on working performance

Finland Mika Lintil during his performance with the speech on behalf of the government suspected the minister of economic developments of alcoholic intoxication. The Finnish state broadcasting company YLE reports about it with reference to sources. According to mass media, action with participation of the minister took place at the end of April of last year. Sources declared that Lintil's speech was chaotic, a look drunk, and from him smelled as alcohol.
