Admissible norm of arsenic in fish products will change

Federal Supervision Agency for Customer Protection and Human Welfare initiated the beginning of procedure of modification of the documents regulating an admissible share of arsenic in fish production. About it reports the Union of the enterprises which are carrying out activity in the sphere of fishery and aquacultures "Rybny soyuz". Now to Russian Federation outdated norms – no more than 0,5 micrograms of arsenic act kg because of what the part of fish does not get on domestic market.
