Khmelnitsky Bogdan is involved in frauds with army flasks

Ministry of Defense of Ukraine bought lot of army flasks for military at inflated price. According to available information, the Kiev company "Service" delivered the Prologue to military department of 100 thousand army flasks at the price of 7,9 dollars apiece whereas their real price makes only 0,59 dollars apiece, report the Ukrainian mass media. Militiamen assume that losses state budgets Ukraine from this transaction could make not less than 700 thousand dollars.
