To Republic of Khakassia prosecutors defend the rights of citizens and interests of the state in a judicial order

Bodies of Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Khakassia, using the conferred powers, defend the rights of citizens and interests of the state in a judicial order. In 2022 by prosecutors as civil and administrative legal proceedings to courts it is sent 1 703 statements of claim (statements). The greatest number of claims is shown for the purpose of protection of the labor law of citizens (811) that is caused by need of collecting in favor of workers unpaid salaries and other labor payments, suppression of informal employment.
