To Russian Federation excises will grow by cigarettes and liquid for veypov, follows from the law which comes into force since March 1, 2023. On cigarettes the rate will be increased for 2% — to 2063 rubles for one thousand pieces, in addition 16% of the settlement cost estimated from a ceiling price at retail, but not less than 3536 rubles for one thousand pieces. On liquid for veypov an excise will raise for 11%, from 18 rubles for 1 ml to 20.
