The Russian coal becomes cheaper in ports

The Russian steam coal on the most marginal east direction becomes cheaper against warm winter and low demand in China. The interval of the prices depending on caloric content makes $104–135 for ton. The coal companies expect further reduction of the prices and reduce production of power brands of coal. Coal mining for metallurgy, on the contrary, increases against a rise in prices.
