Exxon Mobil COR did not pass test taxes

In claims the State Offices of Public Prosecutor court decided to collect from the former operator of "Sakhalin-I" of the American Exxon Mobil COR about 15,5 billion rubles of debts on tax on profit. By data newspaper "Kommersant", Exxon used opportunity to reduce tax by $223 million whereas MINISTRY OF FINANCE resolved only on $37 million.
