Data of cellular subscribers will put in banks

Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia) is finished by the bill regulating exchange of information between banks and communications operators within verification of clients. The document which has passed the first reading in 2019, was frozen, but gained relevance against growth of volume of plunders of means in 2022. Now operators communicate with banks about registration of sim cards of clients on a commercial basis. Regulation of process will allow to accelerate identification of frauds, financiers hope.
