Astrakhan region Interdistrict prosecutor's office of nature conservation carried out an inspection of observance of requirements of the forest legislation. It is established that "The city district Astrakhan" in defiance of requirements of the forest legislation protection of the city woods is not organized by a Municipality Administration, their patrol is not made, materials forest managements are not developed so far. For the purpose of elimination of violations of the law the nature protection prosecutor appealed to court.
