Talibs disproved information on a ban of contraceptives for the Afghan women

Ministry health care of Islamic Republic Afghanistan disproved information that Talibs (the Taliban is recognized terrorist and it is forbidden to Russian Federation) forbade to sell to women of a contraceptive. The British newspaper "The Guardian" gave earlier such news: Talibs forbid sale to women of contraceptives.
