Minzdrav did not support the requirement of pharmaceutical companies about "patent coordination"

The end is not put to dispute between owners of patents for active substances medicines and producers of generics yet. Minzdrav and Federal Antimonopoly Service do not agree with requirements of owners about "automatic" refusal in registration of generics in which the patented chemical formula of operating substances is used.
