Murmansk Region following the results of 2022 was among the best regions on introduction of a platform of feedback "Portal gosudarstvennykh uslug. We solve together"

The Kola Polar region was fixed in a "green" zone of a rating Ministry of Communication and Mass Communication of the Russian Federation, having gained 400 points. The Feedback Platform (FP) is opportunity for citizens to address to the authorities online and to resolve the issue. Last year through it more than 2,6 million messages came to state agencies and establishments from all country. Subjects rank Russia on 23 indicators.
