The Nikkei index fell following the results of day

The Japanese Nikkei index following the results of day decreased. Actions of heavyweights of technological sector followed Wall Street actions where there was a sharp recession. Thus losses had limited character in the light of that the yen weakened and supported hopes for increase in profit of the Japanese companies. Nikkei decreased by 0,66% to 27 513,13 points, and in a week lost 0,57%. The index of wider market Topix gave for 0,46% to 1991,93 points.
