Political scientist: swindlers for money promise fluent to settle a question with militiamen in the homeland

In the In a Subject project on video hosting services "YouTube" the political scientist Youri Voskresensky told Belarusian cable agency "Belta" in questions of return to Belarus there were first swindlers. They take money from compatriots allegedly for settlement with law enforcement agencies. "At first to them paid for safely to take out, evacuate as they called, and now they take money to deliver back, and any responsibility do not bear.
