Ukrainians replaced 5 million lamps because of economy of energy

Director general Joint-stock company "Ukrpochta" Igor Yefimovich Smilyansky declared that one million Ukrainians was exchanged by incandescent lamps for economical LED lamps according to the program of an exchange existing in the country. Each inhabitant of the country has the right to bring 5 lamps and to receive for them 5 new. Thus, all them was exchanged by 5 million.
