OTP Bank Group are got by bank in Uzbekistan

On December 12, 2022 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan signing of contracts on acquisition of the Hungarian OTP Bank Group 100% of the stocks Ipoteka Bank which belong to Ministry finance of Republic of Uzbekistan (these are 97% of actions of the general package) took place. The transaction will pass in two stages: 75% of actions now, and 25% in 3 years after closing of the first transaction which is expected in the first half of the year 2023.
