Board of directors social network "VKontakte" Company Limited registered on British Virgin Islands (BVO), approved possibility of a redomitsilyation (transfer of companies from one jurisdiction in another) to Russian Federation. Company explains it with focus strengthening on the Russian users and investors: in 2022 of social network "VKontakte" sold the international game business, and the foreign investment holding of Prosus N.
