On request of the prosecutor Kataysk district court assigned a duty to municipality to repair the apartments provided to persons from among orphan children and children without parental support

Prosecutor's office Kataysk district Kurgan region carried out an inspection of observance of the housing rights of persons from among orphan children and children without parental support. It is established that by Administration of the Kataysk district in 2015 it is acquired in property of 12 apartments in an apartment house on Borovaya St., 3, in Kataysk which under contracts hiring are provided further to needing children.
