At the beginning of February the governor Orenburg Region Denise Pasler together with the deputy minister of agriculture Russian Federation Yvan Lebedev and the chairman boards of directors Company "Aston" Vadim Ivanovich Vikulov put a symbolical stone on a place of future oil extraction plant in Buzuluk.
