To Russian Federation wanted to charge points for army at receipt in higher education institutions

To Russian Federation at receipt in higher education institutions since 2023 wanted to add additional points for service in army to their total number. Such initiative "United Russia" Party in February will be considered by the lower house of parliament in the first reading, write daily social and political business newspaper "Izvestiya". According to the edition, State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation can adopt this bill in the first reading on February 7 — so, in the law "About Education" passing of spring service will be considered and equated to special achievements of entrants.
