In Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation declared a boomerang effect from requirements of the West to the countries of Africa

According to words of the Russian diplomat, attempt of dictatorship of the West causes an acute reaction from the African countries. The requirement of the western countries to the countries of Africa allow not to cooperate with Russian Federation a boomerang effect. It was declared by the special envoy of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the head of the secretariat of the Forum of partnership Russian Federation Africa Oleg Borisovich Ozerov.
