Heads of governments of the countries Eurasian Economic Union at meeting Euroasian intergovernmental councils which took place on February 2-3 to Almaty (Kazakhstan) in an internal format, considered eight questions. Euroasian intergovernmental council approved rules of access to services on interstate transfer of electric energy (power) within the common electrical power market of Eurasian Economic Union.
