February 3. information agency "Interfaks" - Arbitral tribunal of the city of Moscow on Friday satisfied claim with Open joint-stock company "Rossiyskiye zheleznyye dorogi" about a ban to the Finnish railway operator of VR Group Ltd Plc to initiate abroad judicial proceedings on the disputes concerning their joint venture - Oy Karelian Trains LTD, created for transportations on a route Saint Petersburg - Helsinki by the high-speed trains Allegro. Claim Open joint-stock company "Rossiyskiye zheleznyye dorogi" arrived in court on October 13, 2022 and, according to data of a card file of arbitration affairs, was completely satisfied.
