Prosecutor's office Ola district Magadan region approved the indictment on criminal case concerning two fishermen. They are accused of the commission of crime, the provided h. 3 Art. 256 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (an illegal catch of water biological resources in places of spawning and migratory ways to them, made by the person with use of the official position, a group of persons on preliminary arrangement, with causing especially large damage).
