SK Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk initiated proceedings upon attack of stray dogs on citizens

In Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Sakhalin Region, criminal case after complaints citizens on attacks of neglected dogs is brought. In Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk cases of attack of dogs on residents became frequent recently. Some people in different areas suffered from aggressive animals for a short time, among them and minors. In response to complaints inhabitants some pre-investigation checking was initiated. By their results the decision to open criminal case on negligence signs is made.
