Candidate the vice-chairman of the Union of protection of human rights from the city of Zandzhan Youzhny Azerbaijan, Mukhammedi Nargiz is nominated to Nobel Prize the world. As reports Day.Az with reference to Institute researches of problems of the world to Oslo (PRIO), it candidate entered the short list declared by the director of PRIO by Henrik Urdal. It is reported that H.Urdal called the candidates taking the first positions in the list, and on the first line settled down Mukhammedi Nargiz.
