On February 1 in the mixed format the next meeting of Council of Federal chamber of lawyers of Russian Federation" on ethics and standards (KES) according to four complaints on decisions of councils of regional lawyer chambers on the termination of the status of the lawyer, Council of Federal chamber of lawyers of Russian Federation" agreed with conclusions of KES and considered necessary on one of disciplinary affairs to apply other measure of a disciplinary responsibility to the lawyer. Also Council considered the project of new edition of Provision on an order of delivery of a qualification examination on assignment of the status of the lawyer, approved annual quotas of rewarding with different types of awards and others...
