SHASHINA got company "Birinchi of a rezinotekhnik of a creek" ("The first rubber plant"). The cost of the transaction made 826,57 billion sumov ($80 million). Earlier company "Uzkimesanoat" owned 91,8% of authorized capital of plant and "Uzkimeimpeks" - 8,2%. The transaction on plant acquisition by the company PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "TATNEFT" NAMED AFTER V. D.
