The assistant prosecutor of the area Akiev Aslan held the state charge on criminal case concerning Oumar G. accused of commission of crime, the criminal code of Russian Federation provided p.1 by Art. 314.1 (evasion from administrative supervision). It is established that the earlier repeatedly judged G., being the person under surveillance the person, in defiance of the imposed court restrictions self-willedally left a residence for evasion from administrative supervision.
