Water schemes obliged to develop Administration of the Krasny Kholm district of the Tver region. The press service of regional prosecutor's offices reported on January 25 about it. Staff of department found out that in the territory of municipality there are no schemes according to which the central water supply and water disposal is carried out. It is current legislation violation. For this reason Krasny Kholm district are sent by prosecutor's office the statement of claim to court with the requirement to recognize inaction of local administration both to oblige it to develop and to approve necessary schemes.
