Colombia and United States of America discussed transfer to Ukraine the Colombian arms of the Soviet productions, however Santa Fe de Bogota refused this offer. The president reported Colombia Gustavo Fransisko Petro Urrego. According to him, the Soviet equipment which was in the South American country in bad condition and technically is not served. The president added that Colombia "does not take the nobody's part", and stands for peace.
